How to Factory Reset the Aleck Off Grid

Follow these steps to perform a factory reset on your Off Grid device:

1. Turn on the Off Grid device by the power switch.

2. Press and hold the right button (located on the front of the device).

3. While holding the right button, press and hold the PTT (push-to-talk) button as well.

4. Keep both buttons held for about 10 seconds until the screen fills with dots.

5. Once you see the screen full of dots, release the buttons. The device will begin the factory reset process automatically.

⚠️ This will erase all saved data and settings on the device, restoring it to its original state.
