Sound is only coming out from one side/speaker

A good first step is to factory reset your device and start the pairing process again, please follow the steps to Factory Reset the Punks.

If you are having issues with this please ensure you are using the correct combination of Left and Right Aleck Punks. The Left / Right Punks that were originally sold to you will only connect and pair to each other.

An easy way to ensure you're using matching Punks is to try and put them into Bluetooth Pairing Mode, if they don't go into Pairing mode please check they're turned ON and if so please make sure there are no other Punks around that could've been mixed up with yours.
