Where do I find my devices Firmware version?

You’ll find your device's firmware version inside the Aleck app in the My Device section.

Once you’re connected fully to the Aleck device inside the app, please tap the device button at the top of the screen. You’re now on the Device settings screen and can see your devices Firmware version.

You can also access this screen by clicking the Waffle icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen then scroll down to My Device and tap on the Aleck device.

If you do not see you Firmware Version it is likely you're not connected to the Punks inside the Aleck app. If so in the My Device screen you may see a button saying Add Device, please tap this and follow through the connection flow.
