How do I factory reset my Punks?

Please follow the below steps to factory reset your Punks

1. Turn ON both of the Aleck Punks by holding the RIGHT Punk until the LEDs Flash Green
2. Once ON hold both buttons on the Left and Right
3. When both the LED's on the bottom flash Purple the device is factory reset.

If you Punks are Flashing Blue and Red, meaning they are not connected together please do the same process but this time with the Punks plugged in using the Aleck Y cable provided in the box.

1. Plug Aleck Punks into the Aleck Y cable and turn ON the power to the Punks
2. Turn ON both of the Aleck Punks by holding the RIGHT Punk until the LEDs Flash Green
3. Once ON hold both buttons on the Left and Right
4. When both the LED's on the bottom flash Purple the device is factory reset.
