Return Policy

We have a 30 day policy on all sales from If you purchased a product directly from and contact us within 30 calendar days of product receipt, we’ll provide a full refund on your original method of payment.

Our Warranty Policy also covers certain conditions for up to 12 months.

To complete your return, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Email providing:
    1. Your contact information, including name, and telephone #
    2. A valid original order number from your purchase through our online store (
    3. The reason for your return 
    4. A digital photo of the product you intend to return
  2. Our Support Team will respond to you by email within 2 business days once we receive the email. Your return request will be reviewed and further information will be provided upon assessment
  3. Once the RMA request is approved, please ship the product to the address provided by the Support Team (the return address is different for customers based in different regions). Customers must clearly state their full name and order ID on the return package in order for the return to be processed appropriately. Customers will be notified once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility, at which point a refund can be made. 

Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, unless stated otherwise by our Support Team. Any shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after the RMA was issued
