Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We pride ourselves on processing and shipping customer orders very quickly, and as we are unable to amend an order once it has been processed, there is only a very short window of opportunity to do-so. If you wish to amend an order, please contact support@aleck.io at the earliest convenience after the order has been placed, for the best opportunity for success (and definitely within 24hrs of placing your order), however we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
